ns500 pasword - need help please

my client got ns500 with 120 extentions, sip trunk, pri, um and alot of configure
the integrator that make support to the pbx died...

what should i do?
i have to change some configure but i realy dont want to make reset default and i dont have the backup of pbx.

Mr. joe.bin, if you'll able to do the following, I'll try to help You with the password.

You should to configure client's router/firewall for a port forwarding (port mapping / PAT) to the port 30021 of PBX's IP-address. Then tell me router's global IP-address and port which is forwarded to PBX to the port 30021.
