I have ns-500 Panasonic Pbx and i forgetting installer password after change is there is master password to open with out reset default ns-500

Do you have a recent backup?
Or do you have another access that allows you to make a backup?
Otherwise it is very complex, you have to send a request to Panasonic, with the serial number, proof of purchase, etc., the "Master" password changes every month.
If you have a recent backup I have a solution!
To open the PDF Sales_Company_login the password is: 2ufrompanasonic
With a recent backup and the solution open the file with sales_company, if you think a little there is a way to get out of the problem: total reset of NS then injection of the backup with the changed Installer password.

Sorry but there is no documentation
Please set switch to Initialise but do not reset.
Log into PBX using browser:
INSTALLER
MASTER_PASSWORD
Once logged in, go to PBX Configuration - Maintenance - Main - Password And change password
Set switch back to Normal asap. In case of Power failure the system would be reset.
(If you have chosen a login other than INSTALLER, you must put it in place of INSTALLER, I never put INSTALLER as a login)
