NS500 DOORPHONE EXTENSION

DEAR ALL,


I AM A USER OF KX-NS500 WITH NO EXPERIENCE IN PBX. I HAVE OLD INSTALLED NS500 WITH 1 EXP-M OF NS520. I HAVE A DOOR PHONE WITH RINGS ON 2 EXTENSIONS ONLY. WE NEED TO ADD ANOTHER EXTENSION FOR THE SAME DOORPHONE TO MAKE IT RING ON OTHER PHONE NO. ALSO.
AIPHONE IS AUDIO BASED 2WIRE INTERCOM INSTALLED.
THE ISSUE IS I DONT HAVE THE PASSWORD. I AM WORKING ONLINE TO SEARCH THE CONTENT GOT TO KNOW ABOUT UPCMCv7.1.1.5 as a unified pc software.

Can any one guide me the steps to add call extension no.s to this door phone i hope it wont be that complicated.

Assuming you have a dph2 card installed. Browse to IP of system user name INSTALLER / under password enter - default is 1234

You would want to configure under property of card by hovering over it via slot.

If you have no experience I recommend you call on your vendor
