NS500 disconect issue 1

I have problem with incoming calls on KX-NS500 PBX. When someone calls from outside call is routed to 601 and message is playing sequance and that is working fine.
Problem is that after 40 sec it kills connection althou he did not finish sequence.
I need to keep clients on line, not to disconnect them. Any idea what to do?
 
Try to icrease 2.System/3.Timers&Counters /Intercept Routing No Answer (IRNA), 40 sec is default
 
Do you have an intercept setup in group settings on group 601

Are you using queuing table for messaging. If so what are the sequence in that queue
 
Found the solution. It was in group settings. Thanks a lot to both of you.
