Hi everyone !

I have a few questions about configuration of Panasonic KX-NS500. Most config I've manage to set up using Manual/YT but there are some issues that Im unable to solve. If somone could point me a direction I would be gratefull.

We have 4 analog CO lines and 20 Ext. DISA is configured, i have uploaded a messages wav files and all that part is working fine. My problems are:

- When someone calls from outside (on CO line) and DISA message is played after choosing for ex. 1 it direct to proper ICD group, phones starts to ring - and that's ok. But whene that caller cancel his call, phones doesn't stop ringing until someone pick them up.

- Where can I set up rule that determin when some of my DISA option will not pick up after let say 25s call will be forworded to reception? And if there some raport that I can genereate that will be showing home much this type of situation had occure?

- I dont have an extenxion card that would give me more than 2 channels for DISA, where can I set up that if there is no free DISA channel connect directly to reception

Big Thanks for Your time !

This is a analogue line issue. Unless you’re phone provider supports cpc signal or reverse polarity the system doesn’t know the caller hung up and will stay ringing.

If you use queuing you can get the system to hang up after a set time or put it in to voicemail
