ns500 co keys goes red for no reason

hi
there is strange and annoying error in my company ns500, the keys of co just goes red for no reason and i have to restart the device that there is a chance other co keys goes red!
all lines are set to disa and works fine , if this situation doesn't happen


wonder to know everything , but life is short
