NS4 and the FORM margin height

Is there a way to make Netscape 4.7x NOT put an extra line wherever a FORM tag is used? Its messing up my site layout... I've tried adding parameter style="margin: 0;" to the FORM tag which is supposedly supported, but it doesn't help. Has anyone been able to work around the problem? Miles

Those Micros~1 guys sure know what they doing!
