Ns4.7 doesn't like buttons in repeated region of cart.

I have built a shopping cart with a repeating region. I have an"add to cart" button that opens a new window where people can enter the number they wan't in their cart.

Works fine in ie. Gives me errors in NS4.7

Can someone have a peek at my code and tell me where I'm going wrong?
