NS1000 WITH call center

hi all
my client got ns1000 with call center (3rd party)

today it stop work and i even can connect by web to pbx, and after 20 minutes it get back to work
i go to log and i see:
i attached the picture of log that i get

anyone know that issue and how can i solve that? it was happend also before one month again
