I have a custom menu setup on a NS1000 works no problem but and is a but when the customer selects option 2 it transfers to a Call Center in the UK. My problem it clips about 2 seconds on the Call Centre message.
For example when a press option 2 I get the hold music on the NS1000 which is ok and then it starts ringing the Call Center, when the message in the Call Center answers its missing one second of that message .
If I ring the Call Center directly the message is not clipped.
Any ideas
