NS1000 SIP EXT call waiting

hi all
i got for my client ns1000 with sip SOFTPHONE

when he get call from ns1000 group and he is on call he hear call waiting but on the group and on the extention dont configure call waiting

how can i disable that?

thanks

 
It is normally a setting on the app, busy on busy or call waiting disabled. What app is it

the softphone is zoiper.


as far as i know the call waiting is with license and they work with free software sip.
 
On the microsip app, under settings there is a check box with call waiting and is checked by default.

Not sure if you changed the app your using on the post or I read it wrong so I am adding here for the Zoiper app, under settings-preferences-automation, sub page automation, enable auto reject call if set to and check on the phone

i dont find this option at zoiper5 , may be is available only in PRO ver.

It is in version 5, but not sure if it has to be pro version for it to work.

its not working for me now i check and i understand why,
its not really call waiting its getting another call in the pbx group605

is in possible in the pbx to cancel the another call when ext busy when it get call from group?

No, sip extensions on the Panasonic are not giving status back to the system so you will have to use the sip app to reject the request if on the phone.
