Trying to forward a call from an ICD group on system A to a portable extension, which is forwarded to an icd group on system B, It all works except when it rings no answer to system B it does not go to the um mailbox set up for ICD group, it just returns to system B's AA. If you select that ICD group from the AA it rings and then returns to the AA main menu again instead of going to system B's ICD group mailbox. It looks like system B can see the incoming digits and ring the ICD but the digits are not being recognized by system b's UM. System A is a ns700 and system B is a ns1000.

How are the systems connected - via One-Look or via TIE network?

Try to make a direct internal call from system B's extension to that ICD group of system B - what will happen?
