NS1000 PRI30 Issue

Hi all

I have inherited an NS1000 to look after - We had a PRI issue , but still no Dialling tone , CO Line Not assigned etc. The PRI30 Port is showing as Fault , when we take the card OUS and Put it straight back INS it fires straight back to fault. The LED on the card itself is green.

There was a BT fault on the PRI30 which they say they have resolved . Any idea where we can look to ensure that it isnt an issue with our equipment this time ?

You can make a simple test connector for an ISDN card.
On a piece of UTP cable, connect PIN 1 to 4 and 2 to 5, if the SYNC LED flashes and the card is INS, everything is fine from the PBX side.
Check the CRC4 settings on the operator's side.
