Hi I have two NS1000 on a VPN using the Onelook Network all is fine but every day the slave unit loses connection with the master unit. The way I bring back the connection is click normal mode on the master unit.Is there anything I am doing wrong on the setup. Both units are in isolated mode.

This could be your problem:-
4) One-look network survivability
– The KX-NS1000 may migrate to Backup Master Mode or Isolated Mode due to the keep
alive timer between KX-NS1000s expiring when connecting to the VPN. To avoid this issue,
please adjust the value for the keep alive timer through PBX system programming.
→ 1.Configuration—1.Slot—System Property—Multisite Keepalive Time-out time
