Hi All,
I am currently installing an NS1000, the system is in and working however we are using the existing TVM50 unit for the auto attendant, when a call is transferred from the TVM50 to a hunt group on the NS1000 it does not follow the queuing time table
I have tried it on the UM also and I get the same result, it just rings
Has anyone experienced this/overcame it?
