hi
i got ns1000 with 256 ip extention
i got lic for 260 extention but i cant add more than 8 virtual card (256 extention),
how can i install another ext?

thanks

During the first start procedure ("Easy setup wizard") Installer should to select a System Capacity Type.
1) Standard Type (V-SIP-extensions)
2) IP-PT Type (V-IP-extensions)
3) System Resourses Type (Tenants, Memory etc.)

Depending of selected System Capacity Type you can install various quantity of virtual cards.
For type 1: 8 V-IP-EXT cards and 20 V-SIP-EXT cards;
For type 2: 20 V-IP-EXT cards and 8 V-SIP-EXT cards;
For type 3: 8 V-IP-EXT cards and 12 V-SIP-EXT cards.

Looks like you have type 1 or 3 selected.

thanks
if the pbx working in office,
i need to make default to the pbx?
can i upload the backup after ?

Yes, you should to reset your PBX to factory defaults and program it again.
About backup uploading - AFAIK you can't use a backup, because it contans information about System Capacity Type.

It is better to create a new configuration file in offline mode by using NS unified WEB MC, then reset your PBX, perform a first start procedure with choosing new Capacity Mode during it and then restore PBX setting with newly created config file.

so i need to install all pbx manual again?

Аpparently, yes. If there will not be another advices...
