I have a Windows 10 and just downloaded the NS Unified Web Maintenance Console. I have checked my firewall settings and traffic is allowed to and from the NS Unified Web Maintenance Console. When I double-click on "New-Offline Mode(N), choose the NS700, "Please wait a moment" will appear on the screen, disappear and pop up again and then disappear. I will then be returned back to the main page where I get to choose what mode I wish to program (New-Offline, Open-Offline...) When I try "Open-offline Mode(O)", choose my file it will state "operation Failed". Any ideas?
