/ns folder can't be backed up. 1

Please can someone help with the following:

I have software that backs up my operating system to tape.

It appears unable to 'stat' files located in the following path: /ns (complete log below)

Looking in this folder I find not files, am I correct in thinking that I can exclude backing up the /ns directory.

You can exclude the /ns directory. If you don't want to see that message use xfsdump instead of any other backup tool.
