NS-700 Voice Mail 500 RNA

Hi folks -

Have an issue here with an NS-700 - all set up with extensions, Mailboxes built - proper ext number to mailbox number - DSP Card, SD Card.

However when hitting the Message button on the phone to dial into 500 - its ring no answer.

What did I miss?

It should answer if the sd is installed even if no mailboxes are installed
Check its in properly and that 500 is the VM group number on the system

So strange, reseat card, reboot unit nothing!

Both UM Channels show UP - SO I restored her from the original backup taken before site delivery - everything would work except it was stuck in Night Mode.

Double checked the Time Schedule - Looked normal like it 8:30Ato5PM. Still Night mode?

Checked the UM Config, System Param, Param - Entered the correct AM Hours Start Time and Evenight Hours Start time and it cleared the issue.

You'd think my Time Table would have taken care of that??
