NS 700 IP Phone Problem

hi all,

system: panasonic kxns 700
phone:kxncs 8100 ip softphone(local)

problem: call out - called party can hear my voice
but I can not hear, not all the calls, but sometimes.

DSP resource is enough.
IP address for dsp is reserved
ping to softphone IP address, no packet loss.

is there anything else that will affect?

Check audio-device setings of aplication and PC.
Whether the PC is connected wired or WiFI?
Old version IP softphone has one-way speech problem in P2P calls when connecting the wired LAN to PC after connecting with PBX via WI-FI

i am using idap.
ns 700 v.8.03 with pc softphone v 4.2.

i can hear both sides at 2 way recording record

it seems that the problem is arised from PC, but i not sure and do not know how to check.

is there any setting required for PC ?

We had an issue with softphones through the media relay and disa. Not sure if it was any issue with internal use.

Our fix was turn off the ping settings on the phone/ options/ network. If there was a network issue it can be a problem

I have changed the headset and disable ping.

still need time to test if these are work.
but until now, one way speech is not happened again.
