Good Day
We have a Panasonic NS500 PBX.
There is a mixture of the SLT / DPT and Panasonic DECT Wireless Phones.
They have a user group, or similar, assigned to the extensions in each office zone, so that if ANY phone in that area is ringing, they can pick up the call from their extension by dialing a star code (I think). They do
It is separated by groups so that for example, only people in the admin office can grab a call that is ringing at another phone in the admin office.
I have installed some Yealink T20 SIP Phones on the network, and the client is happy with it. The only problem they have is they are unable to grab the call as above. I have checked in the SIP settings, but I can only see P2P group, and that does not work.
Is this possible with the IP Phones on the system?
Thanks
Peter
