Hi,
We are facing problem in NS500 it was working fine since 2 years. Suddenly the console started going blank. When we press enter button on console only white light shows on display but no other response.
On web console it shows dlc2 out of service.
When we initialize NS500 we can get console display and the status of all card is green but than CO lines does not have any dial tone. We can make calls and receive calls on CO lines but cannot hear from either side.
Can anyone help?
So far, we have completely taken apart Ns500 for card servicing, upgraded version 9, removed all extension but still no change.
We have 6+32 setup. One extra card is installed for extensions. All extensions are analog.
