NS 500 Extension Recording

I have Installed a 2GB memory card and the AK for two way recording (KX-NSU002)
I want all incoming/outgoing calls of ext105 to be recorded.
How can i configure it and listen to it (Playback)

You enable auto twoway record foor that extension and it will record into that mailbox

How to enable it ?

you have to create a user and in utility two way record you can set as record admin.
you then add the users to be recorded, the users extension can not be recorded by that account.

that user logs in and can see recordings

you can also setup CA on the pc, that has an option to record to mailbox

I have created the account and when i go to record list, as its says There's no Record.

In utilities have you setup two way record manager as test and put user to be recorded in as an agent

if you install ca on a pc and set it up for that extension, there is a setting in options to record calls to UM not sure if you need the pro version or not
