We have NS500 pbx for hotel with about 75 SLT lines. The reception has 2 Digital Phones with extension # 2000 and #2001

1. Where to edit in the pbx that the default extension now is #2000 and not 101
2. If guest calls 0, It should automatically go to extension #2000 and if extension #2000 is busy, It should automatically go to 2001

it is in system operator/bgm I would use a group in cyclic mode so it will ring 2000 and if busy will ring 2001

Please advice on how to set the cyclic mode.
