NRX and Avaya 1120 and 1140 phones

Does anyone have any idea why these IP phones seem to trigger recording on NRX even though lines are not on a call? For example I have interactions that are made with no audio but only when certain things appear on the LCD? I have never seen this before and confused why recording would happen. This occurs on any phones using hook and or lamp. The other triggers do not work properly here.
