Symptom:
Multiple calls with 0 second duration. Customer states that many of those should be recorded calls.
Work Done:
1. Upgrade prior Cisco integration to 7.4 from 7.2 due to CUCM Upgrade to version 12.
I still end up with the same results. Any ideas on what could be causing this behavior?
