nru9 Remote Utilities

Hi,
I have access to many systems via remote connection which works ok when im simply using the set to programme.
Although when i use the option to back up a switch it tells me i am missing a mapping file called AUB03ENG.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

You need to update your. Remote utility. You can get it via Nortel website uder Software Download - Nostar.
