Has anyone else run into the System Speed Dial list (for print out purposes) the cells does not left justify after 70 Speed Dials after I acquired? That prevented me from an easy way to see the 201 the customer had input. I can click on the cell and read each one of them but not have a nice print out & documentation with the acquire files.

The other thing I had happen was that acquiring the "Services" section of an acquire caused a Microsoft Excel failure & lockup of XP.My workaround is, I performed partial acquires with everything else but "Services" I at least had the rest of the system info.

Have y'all found a problem calling into MR version 6.1 software using NRU 10????
We've ran into this a lot here! They keep getting map file errors when using the browser and back up/ restore tools.

MRoberts

You need the new map files. Nortel can email them to you.

Aragon,

Do you mean a MR dated after 11/5/03?
All the maps are from 2/5/04.

Well, when we replace the 6.1 MR software with non-MR software, it seems to clear the problem. NRU doesn't choke on non-MR software.

Any ideas on what the heck MR stands for? Manufacture Release?

MRoberts

Maintenance Release is correct.
Think of it as a sub release of 6.1
You need the new map files and 6.1 MR workbook file.
Nortel can email them to you as previously said.
There have been rumblings of 10.1 and 11 NRU software on the message boards however these releases do not exist.
I suspect they will when 7.0 software goes GA (generally available).

there is a NRU 10 launched in jun 2004 ... maybe that has the required files ...havent tried it yet

Unless you have some direct contact to Nortel or they have a downloadable link on their site, you cannot get them to email you anything in my experience.
If there is a link with the files, I'd be most appreciative if you'd post it.

MRoberts

I would be happy to email the files to vendors, but the last time I posted an email address or anything like that I got booted off this site.

Not willing to risk that again.
