NRU DOES NOT PROGRAM VOICEMAIL FEATURE CODES

HI EVERYONE, I HAVE A MICS 6.1 SOFTWARE, I NEED TO FIND OUT IF POSSIBLE IF YOU CAN PROGRAM THE VOICMAIL FEATURE CODES USING NRU. I TRIED UNDER BUTTON PROGRAMMING BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME PROGRAM ANYTHING WITH 9XX. ALL OTHER CODES WORK FINE. IS THIS SOMETHING THAT CAN ONLY BE DONE LOCALLY. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

The system needs to recognize that the voicemail is installed before you can program 9** codes. Has it been installed or are you just programming the buttons before the VM has been attached?

You can do it locally, but the same rule applies…The voice mail has to be installed before you program the features.

Yeah the workbook might work but other than that you cannot program F9 codes as they are not system codes provided by the KSU.

curly is right ...you cannot program feature 981 etc under terminals sets button programming

you do them manually in 1 set ...feature *3, button, feature981
and then do a copy that works ...

I know how to program the feature codes locally and doing a copy, butI was unsure about doing it remotely. Can someone provide a step by step for the workbook I have never used it. thank you.
