I have installed NRU 8.1 on my pc at home. All the features work but when I click the Norstar manager Icon my computer has an system error message "Divide by zero or overflow error". I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and have the same issue. I then installed it on another computer and it works fine. Any Idea's what or why?? Thanks, thephoneboy

What is your OS on both PC's?

I have window xp on the one that I am having issues with. I have windows ME on the one that is working. HAve any one else had problems with XP? Thanks, the phone boy.

I've got 9.0 on my PC and working with XP with no problems, not sure with 8.1 though.

I got the same error message with NRU 8.1 on XP, loaded NRU 9.0 and it works great. There must be a compatability problem with Xp and NRU 8.1. You could tell XP when running the NRU 8.1 program to emulate a WIN 98 PC.

Good Luck!!

Thanks, for all the help when I get it worked out I will post the solution. Thank you for all your information. It is good to know that other phone techs have a forum to discuss techinical issues. Thanks Again The phone boy.

I had the same problem installing 8.0 on a Win2K laptop...Did you resolve the error message yet?
Could you share the solution?
Thanks

Thats what I was thinking since 8.1 was before XP.
My question is does any one have some sort of cheat sheet as how to EXACTLY use the spead sheets to program, I mean I know how to fill out the sheet but there are tricks before you get to the sheet and after.
