NRU 10 7

First of all thanks every one for initial help.
Currently I have NRU 9 and MICS 60
When I use browser tools from the utilities it says it cant find a certain map file and ask me if I want to use current older one. When I do everything works fine except when I try to configure lines setting the software closes out. I was told that I need NRU 10, but I do not have an account with Nortel and people who sold it to do not have one either. Can anyone help me out.

If that doesn't work go to

http://www.nortelnetworks.com

under the heading support click on Software downloads
Then under Product family click on Norstar
Then under General Availability search for Norstar:Remote Utility, then click on software..
Once you click on that it should bring you to a software download page..
Search for Norstar Remote Utility 10.0 and under format click on the ZIP file.
