NRU 10.0 UNABLE TO LOAD/LOST FILES ON PC

I have a PC that lost the installationlog files to uninstall old NRU, is there any way to recapture deleted files? We keep getting error on new load of 10.0 " UNABLE TO LOCATE THE INSTALLATION LOG FILE"
C:/program files/nortel networks.ICSRT/UNinst.isu. We have been able to load 10.0 on other PC's no issues.
