Anyone figure out how to view the data base by order of customer and not system ID yet?
Normaly you hit the tabs just at the top of the list but no go so far.

I tried every way i could think of but I can't figure it out.

Have you figured out how to schedule a backup via IP?

They still have some things to work on but a definite improvement. I especially like the remote debug tool.

Ya must be a flaw....got thru adding 10 accounts then said wth? so stopped and posted this before I redo them.
Another flaw is you can only add 8 digits for the system ID..... I had the customers 10 digit phone number in there with the older versions.
Not enough room for KSU location also....in there I had RAD/MICS/NAM or Irad/CICS/Flash but does not fit now.

As for the alpabetical problem....you can at least create different data base's so if you have corporate companies with many sites it might come in handy but I still need time to play with it.

I dont use sheduling ever so never tried it yet.

Problem I'm having still is maps not matching when i go to connect after trying to aquire.
My steps must be wrong on how to aquire....anyone have the full correct procedure?

Apparently my procedure is correct....sales telling me wrong versions of KSU's at both sites.
