NRU 10.0 dropping connection

I am running NRU 10.0
It has been working good until recently. I have been getting dropped after about 1 minute of solid connection.
I have noticed this on two systems that I maintain; both have PRI. But I am able to connect to other systems (with PRI) with no problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
Also have tried two (external) modems: my usual MultiModem MT2834, and a Practical Peripherals 336.

if it works fine on other systems - then it is with the system/ line
is the pri dropping? try RAD on a diff port

If you have POTS lines on site I would give that a try to eliminate it being a RAD issue
