NRS

When i try to open NRS I get this message :

error :NRS manager is not accessible when neither gatekeeper nor sip proxy / redirect application is enabled.
enable the application(s). reboot the signaling server then access NRS manager again. (wc030).

I configered the NRS as primary GK+SIP.
any idia where to enable it pls.

From the CLI on the SS/NRS try nrsDBShow to see if it's running.

I believe the Gatekeeper functionality has to be checked off in the configuration before NRS services can be configured. Might be a spot to double check.?

Sorry the GateKeeper box is right above/below where you determine if NRS is going to Primary/Alternate/Failsafe
of the Signalling Server to be utilized In EM try IP Telephony/ Node Configuration/Signal Server - gatekeeper checkbox.
