NRS ( rel 6.0) and routing for SIP line phones

I have a rel 6.0 1000E PBX setup in a lab enviroment with sip line (1140E) sets operating off of it. Does anyone know where I can find documentation on how to setup sip line call routing in the NRS so that these sip phones can connect to connect to other sip phones out on the internet ( via customer ISP service).
