NRS Endpoint gets fast busy

I have an endpoint which is a server. when i call the five digit extension to reach the server, I get a fast busy. i can ping the far end server. i checked the logs for the NRS server and i have repeating Internal process flow through provisioning engine is disabled. Is this error related to the fast busy
 
yes it is. this is a sip route where all the other endpoints are working except this one
 
Under Domains, you should see the number of gateway endpoints
 
Forget that, under endpoints you should see if it is registered or not
 
thanks, i found out that a sip gateway won't show if is registered or not. i turned on dch messaging and determined a problem with their server
 
If you see the IP address of the server in NRS then I believe you can assume it's registered. Otherwise it will show Not Registered. That's what mine shows anyway on a Static Sip Endpoint as well as a Dynamic SIP endpoint
