I do not know how to interpret Licence command:

1. How many dedicated storage nodes licences I have bought and how many I use at this moment?
How many storage node? What is the difference between storage node and dedicated storage node? Do I need need licence for autochanger (autochanger enabler)?

To my knowledge you learn nothing about storagenode licensing from nsrlic !
The difference between a storage node and a dedicated storagenode is : The dedicated storage node can only backup its own data.
The licenses you have bought and registered are easily seen usinf the nmc-->configuration and in the resource tree you can select "registration". Now you see all Networker licenses including the storage node licenses.

The number of used storage node licenses is equal the number of hosts with remote devices.
Use the nmc-->Devices in the resource tree select storage nodes. Here you also see the networker server it dont need a storage node license.:

Use the nmc --> Devices. In the resource tree open devices.
For every remote device (notation eg: rd=hostname:/dev/nst1 or rd=hostname:\\.\Tape0) there is a "configuration" register. There you see a radiobutton : dedicated storagenode yes/no

Good luck

Now the difficult task, who is using which license

Part 2 :
I asume you have Networker 7.x !

You need one autochanger license for every jukebox in your datazone.
If you want to "share" a Autochanger you need dds (dynamic drive sharing) licenses for every drive in your jukebox you want to share.
Eg. if you have 4 drives and want to share thee of them with your storage nodes you need three dds licenses.
Singel drives exclusively connected to a storage node dont need a license.

In fact I have two Dynamic Drive Sharing licences (I guess because I have 2 drives) Authorized - No expiration, but I have 18 licence for dedicated storage nodes. 4 out of them are remaining. Now what is confusing is the following: When I try to reconfigure my library I got the following message: Cannot create devide: Storage node nebler required.

Your nsrlic shows you have 18 clients licensed with 14 used and 4 remaining.
Do you really have 18 storage node licenses ?

Please prepare a textfile with name lic.txt
thos txtfile should contain following line :
print type:NSR license

now execute on the commandline of your Networker Server :
nsradmin -i lic.txt >output.txt

Post the output.txt here.
