Hello!

Anyone have privacy control for voice configured uder NPX 3.0.16?

Looking for an outline of congfiguration as NICE guides are contain limited information.

So far
PCI client installed for agent.
Enabled Privacy Control for voice on NPX server under config - storage and rules.
Whats next? Is there a log file on the NPX server I can review for connectivity issues?
