NPA QUESTION

Hello all. Our PBX switch currently has the prefix 810 denied in area code 718.

NPA 1718
RLI 1
DENY 394
DENY 540
DENY 550
DENY 810
DENY 910
DENY 970
DENY 976
DENY 977
SDRR DENY CODES = 8
DMI 0
ITEI NONE

How do I remove 810 from this list??? Thanks gang!!

In LD 90, at the SDRR prombt use ALLOW and then put in your NXX.

Hawk, I tried that but it did not work. Any other suggestions?? Would the fact that we have an older switch (61C) have anything to do with it?? (I don't think it should)

out the NPA and put it back in with the deny codes you want.

I pretty new at this, I was just wondering how I can get a list of all NPAs that are allowed in my PBX or if a certain one is in there or needs to be added.

NPA (leave it blank and hit return.)

Have you tried x810


REQ CHG
Press rtn until you get to DENY line and then enter x810. This may remove it
