NPA check to different territories

We have a script that is checking for NPA and then being routed to the correct territory. All calls are being routed to the operator which is the default in the script if the calling # is private or unknown.
So all the calls are going to the operator.
Is it something with the script or the way the call is getting to CCM through Call Pilot?
 
Need to see the script to give an accurate answer. Perhaps you could post it here.
 
Yes, more detail required. Are all calls going through a menu on Call Pilot and then being transferred to a CDN for routing by CCM?

How are you routing by NPA? There are hundreds of NPA's if you are covering the entire country.
