I have combined sub-reports, and master/child linked them by a unique id number. Some of the sub-reports have the id number field visible, and some don't. The combined report will show the sub-reports in-order by the id number (what I want). As soon as I either make the visible non-visible or vice-versa the sub-reports don't appear by the unique record source. They report all of the records together. This is what I don't want. I need to understand for many future projects. I am using Access 97. Help!
