Now access to mailbox 5.5 - 2k 1

I have migrated/moved mailboxes from 5.5 to 2k with no erros, I have enabled the new user accounts and log on to the new domain. When opening outook pathed to the new exchange server I get a permissions error and am unable to access the mailbox's I have moved. I cannot access the mailbox through OWA either, same error. What have I done wrong ???
Any help would be aprreciated. PUPA ARAUJO

What method did you use for the mb moves?
Can you check the names in outlook? (and have them underlined)

do these users have the proper permissions to the mailboxes?
