Novlib95.dll with Windows NT/2000

Does anybody know the novlib95.dll library ?

We actualy are working with an Access (VB) application on Win95 that use this dll to check if a user is a member of a group and also to list all groups a user belong.

We must migrate to NT/2000 workstation, but novlib95.dll does not work on these OS.

Any help would be really appreciate !
