Hello,

I'm doing a process documentation and would like to publish it in web. I have not been able to find information about linking visio diagrams with each other.

If I document my process by drawing different parts of it on different sheets (using different abstraction levels), how can I link these drawings so, that by pressing one item in it, it takes me to the appropriate place?

More importantly, how can I do the linking so that it works when I export my drawings in html? Now I'm doing the linkin by using hyperlinks by hand: I use relative paths and publish each drawing one page at time by typing the names manually.

Then, if I like to add navigation components on my web page versions, each page will be around 10MB in size.

I know I'm doing some fundamentally wrong here and would really appriciate all the advices!

BR,

Johan

Then right click a shape, select format, then click on behavior.

Click the middle tab(double-click) from the menu that appears.

The bottom option will say 'Go To Page'

Select the page you wish it to jump to when the shape is dbl clicked.

Hit Apply.

You are good to go.
