Hi, we inherited a Cisco system from a company we bought and we want to get rid of it, I only know how to get into the Admin Web console and the guy that looked after it is long gone. I can do some basic stuff via CCM Admin, but I can't find out either of the following:
1. Is there a list of the DID's coming into the system? If not;
2. Can I pull up call logs / real time info so I can fire test calls in? I've a rough idea of the numbers, but need to find the start and end ranges.
As far as I can tell it's running Version 6.0 (listed under License Unit Report).

thanks for any help you can give.

To get the whole range of DID numbers coming in to the system you will have to call the T3elco and ask when is set up.
To see the range of configured numbers in the system, go to Call Routing, then choose Directory number. You can enter ranges, but just pressing find without entering any parameters will show you all the numbers set up in the system. Some will be internal numbers only, so do not assume all of these are DID numbers.

All your DID's that were configured will be under Call Routing -> Translation pattern. They should not be in the same partition as your internal numbers so it should be easy to separate DID vs non DID patterns. If your lucky, they are in ranges and not individual.
