novice cant link button to relative URL HELP please

hi
im a novice with flash ive created a welcome screen I want to link a html file via a button but i have to use an absolute URL, relative wont work can anyone help me with setting up a relative path to a html file please.

... Will open the whatever.html in a new browser window.
