*Novice* Call Manager 3 - Are ring groups possible?!

Apologies for the very vague post.

Can somebody tell me if 'ring groups' are possible? i.e. I dial a predefined extension number, which is allocated to a group of, say 4x extension numbers. All phones ring at once, and the remaining 3 cut-out when the first person to answer does so.

We actually need to take this a step further, as we want the four extensions to be forwarded to mobiles! and am hoping this would work in the same way - i.e. Call Manager detects call has been answered and cuts the call to the other three forwarded extensions.

Can anybody cast any ideas? My consultancy want an arm and a leg to tell me if it is possible, and this seems so basic I can't believe it is not possible.
