Novell Printer

Hi all,

i have a small problem.
i have a lot of PDF or word dokuments, think abount 50 -100
and when i send them about drag and drop to our novell printer, then the printer stop, when it print abount 20.
And some of the side are not printet of a dokument.
Does anyone have an idea what that is??

Is it an HP printer? Is it using the HP gateway or the Novell gateway?

Hi,
its an HP Printer, but iam not using the HP Gateway.
I am using the Novell Gateway.

Try switching to the HP gateway and see if that helps.

When the printing stops, do you get any error messages on the NDPS status in the NDPS Manager (On server)?

Also do you have the latest HP firmware on your printer?
