I'm not sure when this started, but I noticed earlier in the Health Monitor that the Failed Logins Per Hour alert was tripped, and reviewing the log shows that a printer object (?) is listed as the User. I was working on this particular printer earlier today (flaky Jet Direct card, but that's another story) but I don't see how any of my actions could produce this effect. Printer has been working fine all day since, but the log shows it trying to "log in" every 3 minutes....?

There was a bug in one of the patches ( I think SP5) that caused this. NOvell released a patch a while later. So if anything, make sure you are patched first.. With both SP5 and SP6, there are Post Service Pack patches that need to be applied to iPrint.
